- Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical, riots, strikes, political unrest, natural calamities etc.
- Any tips to drivers, hotel staff, any meals apart from the ones mentioned above.
- Any other tax or service charge that could be enforced during this period will be extra & need to borne by you.
Payment Policy:
- Package Confirmation 25%
- Balance amount should be made 15 days after confirmation.
- Short time booking 100% payment. [within 10 days ]
- The Service voucher will apply after full payment.
Cancellation Policy:
- After Confirmation = 25 % of rate
- within 15 to 20 days = 50% of rate
- less than 10 Days = 100%
- Air tickets cancellation as per airlines rules + 25% Service Charge
- The above rate can change as per Hotel, Transportation & Air fare or the management &Govt.policy.
- Do not treat this quotation as confirmation of booking. You will confirmation voucher once the package is confirmed by Saraogi Nepal, Kathmandu.
- The vehicle is for point-to-point travel with fix time and not at disposal.
- All sightseeing is subject to weather & political conditions in the destination.
- The hotel confirmed will be as mentioned or an alternate hotel of similar category.
- Check in at the hotels is at 1400 hours and & Check out time is 1100 hours as per Hotels.
- It is mandatory to carry a valid photo Passport with validity of 6 month / Voter ID card.
- For children below the age of 18 years the school or college id suffices. The id should clearly reflect the traveler’s picture, school or college name, date of birth as well as the class in which the student is studying.
- Adhar Card/ Pan Card/ Driving License is not Valid Document to Travel to Nepal by Air.
- Upon arrival in Kathmandu at the International Airport, after collecting your baggage there are Two Telephone companies known as “NCell& NTC ( Nepal Telecommunication) to purchase sim. One Passport size photo and a copy of the passport will be required.
- The New Indian notes of Inr 200, 500 as well as the 2000 denominations are not a valid tender currency in Nepal. Or in fact any denomination above Inr 100 notes are not a valid in Nepal (Inr 100 notes and below are accepted). The maximum amount of Indian Currency one carry is Inr. 25000 per person in 100 denomination and below
